Southern Blue Barn

The Southern Blue Barn is newly renovated. This two-story rustic blue barn venue has an open floorplan and is illuminated with strung market lights, bright light and airy white walls, and an outdoor porch. Your guests will enjoy the rustic handcrafted built-in bar as well as central ac throughout. Our barn is surrounded by acres of equestrian paddocks and grand oak trees! The barns dance floor is open to where you and your guests will enjoy your night under the moonlight.

Rental Includes: 

Use of chosen ceremony site and Antique Barn for 5 hours on Day of Event.

Use of Bridal suite all day for hair and makeup (starting at 9am) The Bridal suite is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, Hair and makeup stations complete with granite counter tops and mirrors with built in lighting.

Use of Grooms suite (2 hours prior to event) The Grooms suite is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system of its own, dressing room, bathroom, and a pool table.

Guest tables and white garden chairs

 Includes bar staff for up to 100 guests *additional bar staff at $90 per bartender

 Poly solid linens in 53 different colors (up to 100 guests) *upgraded linens at an additional price

 Access to a variety of in house decor items such as; accent doors for ceremony, barrels, accent tables, signage, tree and gazebo décor for ceremonies, shepherd hooks, table décor/ centerpieces and much more.

3 Wooden rocking chairs, 2 wooden benches and 4 antique wine barrels

Valet Parking – for the duration of the event (up to 100 guests)

Two restrooms (One stall per restroom, One restroom handicap accessible)

Use of Stonebridge at The Lange Farm for Engagement/Anniversary photos (scheduled based off of events and availability)

Access time must be scheduled to setup and breakdown decor, dependent on scheduled events and availability.

Use of Ceremony site for Rehearsal (time based on scheduled events and availability)

 3 hours of One-on-One event planning assistance upon booking

 Use of bonfire (weather permitting) *does not include smores

All set up and break down of chairs, tables, linens and Stonebridge décor will be done by staff.

Guest counts above 100 may be subject to additional charges and fees; including, but not limited to, additional restroom facilities, tables/chairs, or tent in the event of rain.
